Content Studio · Manifesto
The content studio exists because we believe sales teams deserve the same calibre of content marketing has always enjoyed.
This page is what we believe about training content, written down so you can hold us to it. There is no product here, only the beliefs behind the work.
The problem
A client asks about the piece in front of them. The advisor repeats the label, and the conversation ends where it could have begun. Every day, on every floor, knowledge that exists somewhere in the maison fails to reach the one person who needed it.
Traditional training was not built for the floor. It arrives late, lasts an hour, and lives on a laptop in the back office. The stories that sell — the design intent, the craft, the context — stay locked in brand books and archives.
The science
Told. Facts, specifications, materials, techniques. This is what traditional training delivers. And where it stops.
Untold. The anecdote behind the design. The cultural context of a silhouette. The century-old tanning technique only three artisans still master. This is what turns a product description into a conviction.
A product without narrative is an object. A product with narrative becomes a conviction.
The articles
An advisor watches training on the same screen as everything Netflix, Instagram and TikTok published that day. Nobody lowers the bar because the subject is work.
So we treat an episode the way an editorial team treats a broadcast: scripted, designed, edited. Slides with a voiceover would not survive on any other screen, and we do not publish them on this one.
The sharpest briefs come from the floor, in the questions advisors ask while a client waits. A studio that ignores those questions produces content for itself.
So the questions travel: an advisor asks how to present a new material, the manager escalates it, the studio answers with an episode.
Facts, specifications, materials, techniques: this is the told. The anecdote behind a design, the cultural context of a silhouette, the reasoning behind a certain design choice: this is the untold. And we blend the two together to tell our stories.
A maison speaks with one voice, and that voice should not change at the border. A translation that loses the brand tone has lost the point.
So a master program is translated with its full context, and market teams proofread every subtitle before it is published. Eighty languages, one standard.
AI is good at reading everything a maison has ever written and surfacing the story buried in the middle of it. That is what we ask of it.
Human editors refine what the tools surface, and every episode is written, designed and edited by people. A person answers for every story we publish.
Brands design every detail of the client experience, then send their own teams a PDF to explain it. We build for internal teams the way you would build for clients, because a great experience should not stop at the staff entrance.
One voice
We don't just train teams. We turn knowledge into sales performance, and we prove it with data.
