About the role
Each maison we work with has one person at ToldUntold who knows their world: their HQ training and retail excellence teams, their collections, their store network, their calendar. That person owns the relationship from onboarding to renewal. This role is that person for a portfolio of fashion and leather goods houses.
The work is close and it compounds. You plan the year's programming with the maison's training teams, you brief the studio and the content team on what each house needs, and once a quarter you sit with the client in front of the intelligence dashboards and walk through what the platform can show about the link between what their teams know and what their stores sell.
What you will do
- Own a portfolio of fashion and leather goods maisons: onboarding, renewals, and everything between the two.
- Plan each maison's programming with their HQ training and retail excellence teams, season by season.
- Run quarterly reviews on the intelligence dashboards, and turn what the data says into next quarter's plan.
- Brief the studio and the content team, and check that what ships is what the maison meant.
- Carry what you hear in the field back to the product team, with enough precision that they can act on it.
What we look for
- Years of client or account work with luxury houses, in fashion, leather goods or close to them.
- Fluency in retail training and retail excellence; you know what a good program changes in a store.
- Ease with dashboards, and the nerve to defend a number in front of a demanding client.
- The discretion this industry runs on. Our clients are never named, including on this site.
- Short, clear writing; much of the relationship happens in writing, across time zones.
Practicalities
Full-time, based in our London office, with three days a week there as the default. The working language is English. Start as soon as you can.
