Everything we make ends up on the shop floor.

ToldUntold is a senior team in two cities. London looks after content, brand, product and clients. Shenzhen builds the platform and provides customer service and QA locally. Between them sits the feed a brand's store teams open every morning, and everything the studio makes to fill it.

We hire deep, by design. A role opens here when a whole area needs an owner, and we look for someone senior enough to take it end to end and keep it for years. The work is demanding. The days are not chaotic, and we intend to keep it that way.

Positions

Open roles in London and Shenzhen.

A role opens when an area needs an owner, and it stays open until we find the right person. Each posting says plainly what the work is and what we expect of the person who takes it.

If the role you would own is not on this list, tell us what it is.

Process

How we hire.

Four steps. You spend most of them with the people you would work with, on a problem taken from our backlog.

  1. 01

    A first conversation

You talk with the person you would work with most, not a recruiter. An hour on the role, what it owns, and what you want from the next few years.

  2. 02

    A working session

We take a real problem from the backlog and work on it together. If it needs more than a couple of hours of your time, we pay you for it.

  3. 03

    Both cities

You meet people in London and in Shenzhen. Whichever office you join, you will work with the other one daily, so both should meet you first.

  4. 04

    An answer either way

You hear from us within a week of the last conversation, whichever way the decision goes.

Principles

How we work.

Four commitments run through everything on this page. They decide who we hire and what a normal week here feels like.

  • The stakes are real.

Our platform runs every day in the stores of some of the most demanding houses in retail. We never name them, here or anywhere else, and their standard becomes ours. The work has to hold up in front of people trained to notice.

  • Two cities, one team.

London and Shenzhen sit seven to eight hours apart, and we treat the gap as a method. One city ships while the other sleeps. Handovers are written, decisions too, and a question asked at night has its answer by morning.

  • The whole thing, not a sliver.

Engineers take a feature from data model to screen and stay responsible for it after it ships. Creatives take a format from brief to delivery. Handover is rare here, and that is the point: what you own stays yours.

  • Senior by design.

We hire people who have done the work before and give them the room that comes with it. No layer of management translates decisions. The person who owns an area is the one who decides about it, and answers for it.

Training. Intelligence. Content Production. Visual Merchandising. AI. One platform built for retail performance.
